A STIMULATING WORKSPACE

The 9-to-5 reinvented: In the new context of the post-pandemic job market, with the arrival of the hybrid working model, Espace Montmorency’s offices had to be redesigned to be a real tool to support its tenants’ efforts to attract and retain talent.

The workplace had to be a social experience that combined collaboration, fun, balance, flexibility and creativity. Espace Montmorency’s offices therefore had to be designed like a home: with the creation of natural spaces to relax, to eat and to get some fresh air.

It is with this ambition that Espace Montmorency has created a complete living environment soothed by a true spirit of community: good places to eat, entertainment, cultural offering, services of all kinds, green spaces, abundant natural light, fitness facilities. All this in one place, connected to Montréal by the Montmorency métro station.

The 8th floor, with its panoramic views of Montréal and its terraces overlooking the complex’s lively and green interior courtyard, has been completely redesigned to make room for collaboration by incorporating a huge coworking space open to all and meeting rooms available to tenants.

As if this were not enough, thanks to the built-in smart technologies, Espace Montmorency lets tenants manage all their activities and schedules using a simple centralized mobile app.

Espace Montmorency is the office of tomorrow. Here, anything is possible.
